This project focused on comprehensive site preparation, which included several key activities aimed at enhancing the area for future development. The process began with the pulverization of existing asphalt, effectively breaking it down to facilitate easier removal and preparation for new surfaces.

Following the asphalt work, all landscaping features were removed, allowing for a clean slate for any upcoming construction. The crushed asphalt and concrete materials were then processed to a size of 2 inches minus, enabling their reuse as recycled aggregate in future projects, thereby promoting sustainable practices.

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we capped sewer lines to prevent contamination and ensure proper management of underground utilities. The site was meticulously cleared of all trash and debris, creating a safe and organized working environment.

Finally, back dragging was performed to level the ground and prepare the site for subsequent construction activities. This thorough and systematic approach not only ensured efficient site preparation but also laid a strong foundation for future development, all while adhering to environmental and safety standards.
