This project involved the comprehensive demolition of three housing structures, including the safe and efficient removal of all associated components. In addition to the housing structures, we dismantled and removed existing concrete and asphalt roads and driveways, ensuring a clean slate for future development. The scope of work included the complete removal of landscaping features, allowing for the reconfiguration of the site as needed.

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we capped sewer lines to prevent contamination and ensure proper management of underground utilities during the demolition process. Furthermore, we meticulously removed all trash and debris from the site, maintaining a clean and organized work environment throughout the project.

Upon completion of the demolition and removal tasks, we performed back dragging to level the ground, preparing the site for subsequent construction activities. Our team employed best practices and adhered to all safety and regulatory standards to ensure the project was executed efficiently and safely, with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
